Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays

  • Standard/Economy U.S. Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier

Shipping Rates
Shipping is provided free of charge on all domestic U.S. orders. No minimum purchase is required. Free shipping applies to standard ground (or economy) delivery only.

We currently ship within the United States only. Canadian and international shipping may be added in the future.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
EZRA Surf & Snow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please (i) verify the delivery address on your order, (ii) check with neighbors or building management, and (iii) contact the carrier directly to file a claim. EZRA Surf and Snow is not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout. For packages lost in transit (i.e., never marked as delivered), please contact us at hello@ezrasurfandsnow.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
